ACLU of Indiana
Several Baker & Daniels professionals have been active with the ACLU of Indiana's Lawyer Council. In 2008, the firm helped host a reception at the Indianapolis Museum of Art that featured Baker & Daniels' advocacy in opposition to recent obscene material registration legislation that would have required bookstores to go through extensive and expensive efforts in order to sell a range of reading materials.
